1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the StemGraph platform operated by Cable Water Pty Ltd (ABN 89 695 763 538, ACN 695 763 538). By accessing or using StemGraph, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cable Water Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
