Cable Water Pty Ltd (ABN 89 695 763 538) operates StemGraph. This policy applies to any paid subscriptions or purchases made through the platform.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Cooling-off period

If you purchase a subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not substantially used the service during that period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email hello@stem-graph.com with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 10 business days.
